Yes. Chef Alex is a certified nutritionist with an Associate of Applied Science, and every meal is designed to taste good while supporting a consistent routine.
Yes. You can select your meals from the available dropdown menu before placing your order.
No. Meals come fully cooked. Just heat them in the microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through.
